Strength Training

Our strength training class can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, increased fitness, and improved cardiac function.
This form of training commonly uses the technique of progressively increasing the force output of the muscle through incremental weight increases and uses a variety of exercises and types of equipment to target specific muscle groups.




Our boxing training class is specifically designed with methods that boxers use in order to get more fit for their sport. This training method is often cited by medical doctors, boxing trainers, and writers as one of the most spartan forms of sports training.
Training depends largely on experience level at which he or she is situated. Some exercises included are shadowboxing, hitting the heavy bag, focus mitts, skipping rope, calisthenics and jogging, all while conditioning and perfecting the fundamentals of the sweet science.


This gentle class will guide you through body opening poses, loosening tension and relieving stress. Moving at a slower pace and holding stretches longer will allow you to relax your mind and your body. Leave relaxed, content, and ready to take on the day! Open to students of all levels. This class is also gentle enough to take during pregnancy.

Bullates Core

This class focuses on greater core stability and increasing the level of control you have over the position and movement of the entire body. The major muscles involved include the pelvic floor muscles, transverse abdominis, multifidus, obliques, abs, and lower back.


Sculpt Muscles and blast fat. Kickboxing is an easy way to lose weight, burn calories and get stronger. Knock out boredom and blast fat all over with these muscle-sculpting kickboxing exercise moves.



TRX Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
